Free coaching centre :
  •         Yet, some  educated and young enthusiasts of the village organized themselves under a common progressive platform named Rajbalhat Cultural Circle. The year was 1986 when they revealed themselves through the establishment of  a free coaching centre where the poor students of four high schools from class five to ten are  given proper guidance and coaching till date to overcome social hurdles and establish themselves in life.
Special Education & Training :
  •          Moreover we have started the training of incense stick making, tailoring as a part of woman empowerment in rural area. The plight of ‘The Children With Special Need’ has urged us to start their training with the help of two special educators in our premises to help them adapt in the main stream of society. We have also stood by many people especially labour class  during Covid pandemic who were practically starving owing to jobloss and other crisis.
Books and Study Materials Distribution :
  • “Education is the most powerful weapon for changing the world”. The poor students feel hardship to achieve higher education. The organization has always come forward to them with its helping hand. Books and study materials are distributed to the needy and underprivileged students. Rajbalhat Cultural Circle is also satisfied to see the smiling faces of the students.Many of them are today established in respectable profession in our society.
Spoken English And Competitive GK Classes

   Another initiative of our NGO is to organise spoken English and  competitive GK classes for students of different classes and passed out students. Till now 60 students have taken admission in our classes.  Students are divided into three units according to their age group and standard. Five teachers, (all of whom are English honours and PG category Teachers) take every attempt to prepare our students for various competitive examinations and office work where fluency in English is the most essential yardstick. Audio visual devices, group discussions and other active TLMs are utilised to make the classes attractive for the students in a learner centric environment. Regular assessment of the students is also done as a tool of their upgradation process.
